Eco Schools

The School has an Eco Group made up of 4 Y6 pupils.  They are working very hard to make our school as green as possible.

Part of their work links them with 'Eco Warriors' from 4 other local primary schools.  The schools are Bolton Brow, Old Earth, Christ Church and Luddendenfoot.

 

SUCCESS!  WE'RE THE GREENEST GROUP OF SCHOOLS IN CALDERDALE!

On 23rd September we were awarded the 'Green School' award at the Halifax Courier's Environment Awards.  This was for the work we do on Eco Education with the other local primary schools we work with. 

Here's Sophie, one of our Eco Warriors, with Adam from Bolton Brow and Jacob from Old Earth and Harry Gration, who presented the award.
